Vinegar yam tablets
Overview
A very simple home-cooked dish with no technical content. Last night's dinner included fried yam slices and shredded pork with garlic. I cooked black rice, red dates and wolfberry porridge. Send a photo.

Scrape off the yam skin and use gloves to avoid yam allergies.

Cut the yam into 2-3 mm pieces. Then soak in a basin of cold water.

Chop green onions and shredded ginger.

When the frying spoon is hot, pour in the salad oil. When the oil is hot, add the chopped green onion and shredded ginger, then add the yam slices. Add salt. Note: After taking the yam slices out of the water with a slotted spoon, they can be poured directly into the wok.

Stir-fry for about 1-2 minutes, then add the balsamic vinegar. It’s ready to be cooked. The whole process is controlled within 5 minutes. Otherwise the yam will be fried.
