I wanted to make a cake but I ran out of cake flour. I happened to have rice flour. I tried making a cake with rice flour. The result was that the cake made with rice flour was more delicious than the one made with cake flour. It was elastic and delicate. My family loved it

Mix water and oil evenly

Add rice flour and stir without dry powder

Add 6 egg yolks and 1 egg white and mix well

First, use a slow speed whisk to beat the egg whites until they become foamy

Then add the sugar in three batches and beat until the egg white becomes stiff and can stand up to sharp corners without disappearing

Add one-third of the egg whites into the batter and stir up and down without making circles

Then pour the mixed batter into two-thirds of the egg whites, add chocolate beans and mix well

Pour the mixed batter into the mold, shake it gently a few times to release bubbles, preheat the oven at 150 degrees for 5 minutes, bake it in the oven up and down for 25 minutes, then bake at 160 degrees for 20 minutes
