Make your own stew
Overview
When I was a child, my mother would steam and stew the dumplings every Chinese New Year. I thought it was extremely delicious. Now I have some free time and I tried it. The taste is okay, but it is still a bit different from what my mother made.

Dissolve sweet potato starch with warm water.

The vermicelli is cooked.

cabbage leaves need to be placed on the cage cloth of the steamer.

Put the cooked vermicelli into the evolved starch, add chili shreds, salt and dark soy sauce and mix into a paste.

Put into the steamer and steam for 40 minutes (the steaming time depends on the thickness, usually between 30 minutes and 50 minutes.)

After the steamed stew is cooled, you can slice it and fry it according to your own taste.
