Wash the pork belly and cut into strips about 1.5 cm wide.

Add 2 tablespoons light soy sauce, 1 tablespoon dark soy sauce, 2 tablespoons cooking wine, 1 tablespoon sugar, allspice, salt, and MSG, mix well, and marinate overnight.

Wash the glutinous rice and drain as much water as possible.

Add 4 tablespoons of light soy sauce, 2 tablespoons of dark soy sauce, 2 tablespoons of cooking wine, and 2 tablespoons of sugar. Stir evenly and leave it aside for about 1 hour to allow the glutinous rice to absorb the seasoning.

Soak the rice dumpling leaves in water for 1 day. I used dried rice dumpling leaves, so just soak them until soft. If they are fresh, you can use boiled ones.

Roll up the pointed part of the rice dumpling leaves without leaving any holes at the bottom.

Fill the bottom with a little glutinous rice.

Add a strip of meat.

Fill in appropriate amount of glutinous rice and compact.

Fold both sides and note that the surface is triangular.

Cover the remaining part and wrap it tightly along the edge of the rice dumpling.

Just tie it up in one direction with cotton thread. Take a large pot, add half of the pot of water, put in the rice dumplings, bring to a boil and simmer over low heat for about 2 hours, then turn off the heat and simmer for another hour.
