Overview

Tiger pepper is a very distinctive side dish, with a slightly burnt taste and a spicy and oily texture, which make it suitable for rice. (This is the third time that my child has stayed up until the early hours of the morning. I pay tribute to the mothers who work and take care of their children!   1. Buy fresh small thin-skinned peppers, remove the stems and wash them.
