Lee Kum Kee Braised Sauce 207G. This is readily available in supermarkets. I also accidentally discovered that the kitchen actually had this stock. Ha~~ Maybe I bought something as a gift before and completely forgot about it. So I took advantage of it, and I didn’t expect it to taste quite good! Prepare the ingredients: cooking wine, star anise, sugar, water, strawberries, washed ginger, flatten with a knife (do not cut), cinnamon, cumin, salt.
-
All the ingredients are mixed with the braised sauce and turned into brine. The small eggs should be boiled first, and when boiled, add some salt to facilitate peeling. Scoop the chicken legs and rinse them with cold water! Then cut the chicken legs with a knife and cook them before cutting them, which will make them easier to cut. Bring the brine to a boil and add eggs and chicken legs. Then continue cooking for 8-10 minutes. (The chicken legs have been fished out and are easier to cook. The eggs are completely cooked, so don’t worry).

After cooking, don’t open the lid and leave it aside to soak. It will be ready to eat in 4 hours~~ I put it aside to take with me to eat the next morning!
-
Opened the next day! ! It smells so good! The color is so beautiful~~it tastes great, simple and nutritious!

My lunch~~~ also includes a pear and grape. Didn't have time to take photos. We are very pressed for time in the morning, as everyone knows!
