  6. The dough is very soft and needs to be kneaded for a while to deflate.

  7. Divide into evenly sized portions.

  9. Add bean paste filling and wrap it up.

  10. Press into cake shape.

  11. Prepare brown sugar filling. The ratio of sugar to flour is 2:1.

  12. Wrap the dough with brown sugar filling. Wrap and flatten as above.

  13. Brush the dough with water, sprinkle with black sesame seeds, and press lightly.

  14. Heat oil in a pan, add pancake dough and fry over low heat.
