【Steamed Pork Ribs and Peas】---Hometown dish from snack to adult
Overview
Winter is a good season to eat peas. Green peas are not only attractive in color, but also have good nutritional value. They are rich in lysine, which is not found in other grains. Lysine is an amino acid needed by the human body, an indispensable nutrient, and one of the essential amino acids for the human body. It can promote human development, enhance immune function, and improve the function of central nervous tissue. The substances it contains, such as antagonism, gibberellins, and phytolectin, also have antibacterial, anti-inflammatory, and metabolism-enhancing functions. So in this season when fresh peas are on the market in large quantities, don’t miss out on tasting their deliciousness. Steamed peas with pork ribs is my favorite among the many pea recipes. The glutinous pork ribs and pink peas blend with each other's fragrance, making it a healthy and nutritious steamed rice dish. It is also a hometown dish that I have grown up eating.
