Pork slices and roasted radish
Overview
I originally planned to cook radish and pork ribs soup today, but I didn’t have time to buy ribs at work. I searched the refrigerator at home and couldn’t find a single rib, so I had to cook a plate of radishes with lean meat. My son who loves meat only eats slices of meat and not radishes. Why do children these days love meat so much?

Wash the lean meat and cut into thicker slices.

Wash the radish and cut into thick slices, and three slices of ginger.

Heat the wok, add cooking oil to heat, add ginger slices and stir-fry until fragrant, then add meat slices and stir-fry until the water is dry and slightly brown.

Pour into a small bowl of water and bring to a boil.

Add radish and cook until cooked.

Add salt, a little soy sauce and sugar and cook over medium-low heat until the juice is reduced.

Add a little MSG and stir-fry evenly before serving.
