Minced pork custard is a dish that children especially like to eat. It is full of flavor and goes very well with steamed buns or rice. This time I used shredded pork stir-fried with green pepper to top the custard, which added some fresh flavor

Steps to make egg custard with shredded green pepper and pork. Beat the eggs, add a little salt and five-spice powder. Not too much salt, just a little salty

Add water, not too much water, just equal to the amount of vegetables, and add salt and oyster sauce to taste. Simmer over low heat for 5 minutes
