Wash and cut the rural tofu into cubes and set aside.

Wash the ginger, garlic, pepper, and celery and cut into whatever shape you like.

Heat the pot, add a little oil, add the fat and cook until fragrant (if you don’t like fat, you can stir-fry it dry).

Add a little garlic and sauté until fragrant. Add tofu, add water, cover the tofu and simmer until dry.

In another pot, add a little oil, sauté garlic and ginger until fragrant, add lean meat, chili, celery, salt and stir-fry. Add cooked tofu, add chicken essence, light soy sauce and thirteen spices, stir-fry evenly and remove from the pot.
