Shrimp and Broccoli Fried Rice
Overview
I don’t know if it’s because of the proximity to the sea, or if my family likes seafood, so shrimps always appear in my meals. Especially my husband loves shrimps.

Blanch the fresh shrimps and peel them.

Wash the broccoli and cut into small florets.

Blanch broccoli with salt.

Cut the garlic sprouts into small dices, and cut the meat patties into small dices as well.

Heat oil in the pot and fry garlic sprouts. Take it out temporarily.

Heat a little oil in the pan, add the shrimps, sprinkle with a little white pepper and stir-fry evenly.

Add a little water, add the garlic sprouts together, and mix well. Take out of the pot temporarily.

Heat more oil in the pan, fry the patties until golden brown and take them out temporarily.

In the pot, use the oil used to fry the meatloaf, add some salt and fry the broccoli until cooked.

Stir well and serve. Since salt is added to the dishes and the meatloaf is a bit salty, you can leave it without salt and follow your own taste.
