  1. Ginger water: Put ginger and green onion into a bowl and soak in appropriate amount of water.

  4. Add the egg white of 1 egg (do not put the egg yolk), appropriate amount of cornstarch, salt, and ginger water in step 1 (do not include ginger and green onion).

  5. Stir in one direction for 200 times and pinch out a ball with the tip of your hand.

  6. Fill the pot with cold water in advance and squeeze the spherical fish balls into the cold water.

  7. Turn on the heat and cook until the water boils.
