This cranberry puff pastry bun is crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. It is sweet and sour with cranberry, which is particularly tempting... The recipe is similar to the pineapple bun, but in comparison, I think the cranberry puff pastry bun is delicious!

Wait until the dough has fermented to 1.5 times in size, take it out and allow it to warm slightly, then sprinkle some egg liquid on top

Preset the Changdi 3.5 version oven to 200 degrees, put the baking sheet into the middle shelf of the oven, and turn the heat up and down to 180 degrees
