Claypot Beef Satay

This dish is very suitable for infants and young children. I made it for my son, and then the whole family ate it together

Process the beef and onions into mince and mix together, add sugar, salt, soy sauce, dry pink wine and marinate for a while

Add eggs and mix well

Spread the beef flat on a plate and steam it in a steamer for about 30 minutes
