  1. Heat 20 grams of butter over water and melt into liquid

  11. Heat the upper and lower racks of the oven to 180 degrees and bake for 18-20 minutes. Adjust the time appropriately according to different ovens. Observe that the batter expands out of the baking bowl and the surface turns golden brown before serving. If the time is 2 minutes longer, the surface layer will be crispier.
