  5. Heat appropriate amount of oil in the pot.

  7. Fry until pureed with the help of a spatula.

  8. Pour in appropriate amount of water and bring to a boil.

  9. Water starch is hooked in. It’s better to be thin than too thick. Otherwise, the egg drop will break into little bits and pieces after being beaten into it.
