Mix together 20ml of light soy sauce, a teaspoon of sugar, half a teaspoon of salt and 30ml of water. Pour 100ml of oil into the wok over low heat and fry the onions until fragrant.

Pour the sea cucumber segments into the pot without brushing, pour in the prepared juice and stir-fry, simmer for 3 to 5 minutes (depending on the amount of water, because the sea cucumber will also release water), add the starch to thicken it and pour it into the pot.
