Wash beef bones

Blanch

Rinse, drain and set aside

Prepare onion, ginger, star anise, and peppercorns

Put enough water in a large soup pot and add beef bones

Add star anise, peppercorns, green onions, ginger, a little cooking wine, turn up the heat, bring to a boil, then turn to low heat and simmer

After two hours, add appropriate amount of salt and turn off the heat

Soak the vermicelli in advance until soft
