Chicken Breast and King Oyster Mushroom
Overview
I really like apricot abalone, but I don’t know what to stir-fry it with. I happened to have half a chicken breast, so I tried frying it. It’s not bad!

Prepare ingredients.

Slice king oyster mushrooms. Chop onions and ginger into small pieces and set aside.

Slice the chicken breast, add minced ginger, tender meat starch, egg white and marinate for a while.

Add a little oil to the pot and stir-fry until the chicken breast changes color, take it out and set aside. Add cooking oil to the pot and stir-fry the chopped green onions until fragrant

Add the king oyster mushrooms and stir-fry for a while. Add the chopped chicken breasts, add salt, five-spice powder and dark soy sauce and stir-fry evenly. Add a small amount of water and bring to a boil over high heat to reduce the juice.

Turn off the heat, add chicken essence, stir-fry evenly, and serve!
