Overview
Crabs are cold in nature, so those who eat too much or have gastrointestinal problems will feel uncomfortable after eating them. So a bowl of ginger vinegar sauce boiled with brown sugar is indispensable for dipping.

-
Rinse the hairy crabs with water after buying them. The crabs I bought were not tied with straw ropes. So I put it directly into the steamer again.
-
Chop the ginger and brown sugar into a small bowl of vinegar, and steam them together with the crabs.
-
Steam crab below and steam ginger vinegar on top.
-
Because the crabs I bought were not tied with straw ropes, I had to put the crabs in cold water into the steamer to steam the crabs. At the beginning, I heard the constant noise in the pot. What a pitiful crab. As the temperature rises slowly, the sound of boiling water is left in the pot. After the water boils, steam for 30 minutes.
