The wok is a bit big, so I changed it to a smaller one. Bring it to a boil over high heat, then turn to medium to low heat and simmer. If the chopsticks can penetrate the meat, it means the meat is cooked. You need to control the degree yourself.

When the meat is cooked, add rock sugar and continue to stew until the juice is reduced. Be careful not to burn the pot when the soup is almost gone.

Finally collect the juice and let it cool, you can also keep some soup.

When eating, you can use light soy sauce, vinegar, chili oil, minced garlic, and chopped green onion to make a small condiment for dipping.
