Boil the water in the pot and cook the noodles.

Remove the scum and continue cooking.

Give it some salt and balsamic vinegar.

Add lettuce leaves.

Add light soy sauce.

Add pepper.

Just add chili oil (if you don’t like spicy food, you can substitute sesame oil or cooking oil).

Add sliced hard-boiled eggs.
