Appropriate amount of round noodles, green onions, mung bean sprouts and ginger slices

Slice the pork, add cooking wine, salt, dark soy sauce and appropriate amount of starch

Boil mung bean sprouts in hot water, drain and set aside

Add oil to the wok, heat the oil to level 5, turn on low heat, add scallions
