Rye bread
Overview
It is a bread with very simple ingredients. There is no sugar and only 5 grams of butter is used. It should be considered French bread. I don’t have French bread flour. The flour used is the usual high flour. Even the rye flour is ordinary farm flour. The simpler the ingredients, the more the flavor of the flour is brought out. It tastes amazing when used with yellow mustard sauce. The most suitable is garlic butter toast;

Put all the ingredients into the bread machine bucket, including butter, and put the yeast on top;

Ferment at room temperature for one and a half hours until the dough doubles in size;
