Add salt, five-spice powder, dried shrimps, and chopped green onion to the paste in step 3 and mix well

Fry the white sesame seeds until cooked, crush them with a rolling pin, pour into 4 and mix well

Pour a small amount of oil into the pan and heat over medium heat

When the oil is 70% to 80% hot, put a ladle of batter into the pan and rotate the pan to make the batter form a round shape.

When the surface is solidified, shake the pan and when the cake can shake, turn it over.

Flip and fry for about 2 minutes.
