The dried fragrant seeds need to be fried in advance. Cut dry white tofu into 5mm square slices, fry in a pan with a little oil over medium-low heat until golden brown on both sides

Prepare all the ingredients. Cut the dried fragrant into strips and soak the vermicelli in warm water 20 minutes in advance until soft

Heat oil in a pan, add garlic slices and stir-fry

Pour in the dried fragrant seeds and stir-fry over high heat for a few times

Pour in bean sprouts and enoki mushrooms, stir-fry a few times

Add pepper powder, light soy sauce, oyster sauce and Pixian bean paste, stir-fry for 2 minutes
