I bought Baolaotan sauerkraut and made sauerkraut fish. My daughter liked it very much.

  1. Peel the garlic, peel and cut the ginger into cubes.

  8. Put oil in a casserole and sauté garlic and ginger until fragrant.

  9. Add sauerkraut and stir-fry.

  10. Pour in the chicken broth and half a bowl of water and bring to a boil.

  11. Add oyster mushrooms.

  12. Add the fish pieces and cook for about ten minutes
