Egg-filled sausage roll
Overview
This is my first time making and eating this egg-filled pancake. I didn’t expect it to be so delicious! Especially the addition of Jenny's Spicy Sausage makes the stuffed cake even more filling. It not only enriches the taste but also increases the taste. It is also filled with meat in your mouth. It is very enjoyable and the family likes it very much. The most critical step in making egg-filled pancakes is to make the pancakes bulge. The larger the drum area, the more egg liquid will be poured into it, and the more delicious it will be. In fact, as long as you use the right method, you can succeed. There are two kinds of recipes online, one is to brush oil on the dough, and the other is to wrap it in puff pastry. In order to save trouble the day before, I used the oil-brushing method, but the effect was not good and the baked cake was difficult to puff up. So today I changed it to this kind of puff pastry. Unexpectedly, the layering effect was particularly good. The whole cake puffed up, so that the egg liquid could be poured in easily.

Steps
-
Prepare the necessary ingredients
-
Put a little salt in the flour, pour in hot water (about 75 degrees), and use chopsticks to stir it into a floc
-
When your hands are no longer hot, knead it into a smooth dough, cover it with a wrung-out wet towel or cotton cloth and let it sit for 20 minutes
-
While the dough is resting, we can do other preparations: wash the lettuce and soak it in light salt water for 20 minutes, then dry it and set it aside (it is best to soak it in cold boiled water or mineral water)
-
Crack three eggs into a bowl, add salt, white pepper and chopped green onion, stir well and set aside
-
Put the sweet noodle sauce and black bean chili sauce in a bowl, mix well and set aside
-
Mix the flour and oil in the pastry and set aside
-
Fry the sausage in a little oil and set aside
-
After the dough has rested, divide it evenly into three parts
-
Put appropriate amount of pastry into the small dough
-
After sealing, press it flat (the mouth must be sealed, otherwise the pastry will easily leak out when rolling out)
-
Roll it into a thin round cake, as thin as possible
-
Pour a little oil into the electric baking pan and brush evenly
-
After heating, put in the cake base and brush a thin layer of oil on the cake surface
-
Flip and cook for a while, flipping back and forth twice, the cake will slowly puff up
-
At this time, you can use chopsticks to make a hole, pour the egg liquid into the cake, flip it over, and cook until both sides are golden brown, and the egg liquid becomes hard and cooked, then it is ready to serve
-
Put the freshly baked pancakes into a clean bowl or pot and cover with a lid. After leaving it for a while, it will become soft and pliable, making it easier to roll the pancakes. At this time, you can prepare the sauce before spreading it evenly on the pancakes
-
Add lettuce and sausage
-
Roll it up and enjoy!
