Fresh Fruit Naked Cake
Overview
Years ago, I have been watching other people post various naked cakes. They are simple and easy to decorate. They are really popular with people like me who are busy and have no time to play with baking. So I also had fun while the children were away. I made a heart-shaped naked cake today. I had promised PP before that the new company would make a cake for him and his colleagues, so the nakedness came out. The white cream looked like a snowdrift. I referred to the photos of naked cakes I collected before as a reference, and went to the flower shop to buy crystal grass for decoration. Do you think the effect is good? I think it would be better if a layer of mirror pectin could be attached to the fruit to create a bright effect.
