Lentil Braised Noodles

Materials are ready.

Add appropriate amount of oil to the pot and heat until medium cooked, add chopped green onions and half of the minced garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.

Then add pork belly slices and stir-fry.

Add the pork belly and stir-fry while adding light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, sugar, and salt.

Then add the beans and stir-fry evenly.

Pour in water to cover the beans, then cover and simmer over medium heat until the soup boils. Spread the noodles evenly on the beans.

Cover the pot and simmer slowly over low heat for five minutes.

After 5 minutes, open the lid and stir the noodles with chopsticks to make the flavor even. Cover the pot again and continue to simmer until the water is almost gone.

Sprinkle in the remaining minced garlic, chili peppers, chopped green onions, drizzle in the peppercorn oil, and mix well.
