  4. Roll the fermented dough into a square shape and apply a thin layer of vegetable oil on one side.

  5. Roll up from one end into a long stick shape (forgot to take a photo) and cut into even pieces.

  6. Place in the steamer, close the lid and ferment again for about 15-20 minutes. Put cold water in the pot, steam over high heat for about 20 minutes and then turn off the heat.

  7. Hot and delicious steamed buns are out of the oven.
