Mix all the ingredients and use chopsticks to stir into a fluffy consistency.

Knead into a smooth dough.

Cover with plastic wrap and let the dough rise until about doubled in size.

Roll the fermented dough into a square shape and apply a thin layer of vegetable oil on one side.

Roll up from one end into a long stick shape (forgot to take a photo) and cut into even pieces.

Place in the steamer, close the lid and ferment again for about 15-20 minutes. Put cold water in the pot, steam over high heat for about 20 minutes and then turn off the heat.

Hot and delicious steamed buns are out of the oven.
