All kinds of ingredients are weighed well, and the flour is also well weighed.

Add vegetable oil (10g), salt, chopped chives, baking soda, and water to the measured flour.

Knead into a smooth dough, cover with a damp drawer cloth and let it rest for 20 minutes

Take it out and roll it into thin slices (sprinkle some dry flour on the chopping board in advance), pour the remaining 10g of vegetable oil

Apply vegetable oil evenly

Fold both ends of the dough towards the middle
