Homemade delicious sushi
Overview
This is the first time I make sushi by myself. I just need to roll up several ingredients. It looks pretty good and tastes pretty good~!

Have materials ready.

Grate the carrots into long strips and blanch them in water.

The eggs are cooked and cut into long strips.

Mix the sushi vinegar with the rice while it is hot, one spoonful of vinegar per bowl of rice.

Spread the mixed rice evenly on the seaweed sheets, leaving a little space on top.

Stack all the cucumber strips, carrot shreds, large roots, ham sausage, egg strips, and pork shreds.

Roll up slowly. Press lightly.

After rolling, dip a sushi knife in water and cut into pieces. Top with salad dressing and ketchup and enjoy.
