Vegetarian steamed buns

Overview

The green vegetables in the field will bloom if you don’t eat them. Today I will make vegetarian steamed buns. My husband loves to eat flour. Today is his first time making flour. It is programmed and anyone can make it.

  1. Weigh the flour, yeast, sugar and water in proportion, stir in the bread machine and let the dough rise (the bread machine is warm and the dough rises very well)

  2. Let the bread machine proof for 1:30 minutes. I will leave it for another half an hour and take it out

  3. Divide into 18 pieces (my steamer can only hold so many)

  4. The stuffing includes: vegetables, mushrooms, fungus and vermicelli, pour oyster sauce, sesame oil, add umami powder, and finally add salt (to prevent water from leaking out)

  5. Rod skin

  7. I made 16 steamed buns and two steamed buns, left them for 20 minutes, and then steamed them.

  8. Steam with cold water in a steamer for 15 minutes, then simmer for 5 minutes before taking out the buns.
