Overview

Blanch the pork belly and cut into pieces, and soak the soybeans in advance.

Add a little oil to the pot and stir-fry ginger slices and star anise until fragrant.

Fry until the surface turns yellow.

Add cooking wine, balsamic vinegar, sugar, light soy sauce, boiling water and soybeans and bring to a boil. Open the lid and maintain high heat for 2 minutes.
