Overview
Mapo Tofu is one of the famous traditional dishes of the Han people in Sichuan Province and belongs to the Sichuan cuisine. The main raw material is tofu. The numbness comes from Sichuan peppercorns and the spiciness comes from chili peppers. This dish highlights the spicy characteristics of Sichuan cuisine. Cut the soft tofu into small cubes, blanch it in water and take it out. Cut the green onions diagonally into small sections, mince the ginger, and slice the garlic (you must buy soft tofu to make it delicious, and it must be blanched in water)

Add the onion, ginger and garlic to the boiled oil and sauté until fragrant, and the amount of oil should be slightly larger
