Fried rice noodles
Overview
After a busy week, I like to sleep in on weekends. When I wake up, it’s almost lunch time, and it seems too late to go to the market to buy food and cook. So let’s have fried rice noodles and eat brunch together. For a foodie and lazy guy like me, this is the best way to kill time. It has meat, vegetables and staple food, and it’s quite nutritious.

Ingredients
Steps
-
Ingredients preparation: wash and slice the pork, mix it with starch and salt, peel and wash the edamame (or buy peeled ones at the market), place green peppers, rice noodles, and garlic heads one by one (to prevent forgetting things, hehe, this is very important for forgetful people)
-
Wash and shred the green peppers, flatten the garlic with a knife, peel and slice.
-
Heat the oil in the pot, add the pork and stir-fry until it changes color, then remove from the pot.
-
Add appropriate amount of oil, add garlic and saute until fragrant.
-
Add shredded green pepper and edamame and stir-fry until cooked.
-
Add the rice noodles and stir them with chopsticks (it’s easy to break the rice noodles with a spatula)
-
Add light soy sauce, oyster sauce and a small amount of salt.
-
Add the fried meat slices in the third step. Now use the spatula and chopsticks to work together. The chopsticks are used to turn the rice noodles, and the spatula is used to spread the vegetables underneath to prevent them from sticking to the pot. Stir well and serve.
