  1. After washing the tenderloin, chop it slightly loosely on both sides with the back of a knife (to make it more flavorful)

  2. Pour all the ingredients into a large bowl and mix well with chopsticks

  3. Add the minced meat and dip both sides with the sauce

  4. Dip everything in and marinate for more than 2 hours. I usually marinate overnight to make it more delicious

  5. Pour appropriate amount of oil into the hot pan and heat it

  6. Add marinated tenderloin

  7. Fry over medium heat for two and a half minutes on each side until the meat is lightly browned
