Winter Melon, Pork Ribs and Scallop Soup

My favorite in summer, it clears away heat and diuresis, relieves irritability and quenches thirst, removes dampness and relieves heat

First soak the scallops in cold water and wash them

First, mash the ginger, add the ginger juice to the scallops, steam it in the pot for 15 minutes, take it out and set aside

Wash the winter melon and cut into large cubes

Wash the ribs, cut into long pieces, and blanch them (no need to use fresh farm pigs now)

Put the winter melon, pork ribs, steamed scallops and water into the pot together, bring to a boil over high heat, then simmer over low heat for one hour

Add a little salt at the end and enjoy
