Stir-fried pork slices with sweet beans
Overview
Everyone in my family likes to eat snow peas and sweet peas, especially the children and I, and every time before cooking, the children come to help tear off the old tendons on both sides of the beans. But this time, because I was pressed for time, I was busy in the kitchen, so I handed my baby a small basket of sweet beans, taught her to tear the first one, and then left to get busy (because I knew she had learned from me many times before, and she had already learned it). It didn’t take long for her to come to the kitchen with a small basket of sweet beans with the tendons torn off. I was so excited at that moment that I almost burst into tears. In the blink of an eye, my child, who was less than three years old, was able to help with the work independently.
