Braised bean dregs with taro and radish
Overview
In the morning, I grind my own peanut, walnut and soy milk, filter out a plate of bean dregs, add taro and radish and cook it to make a delicious dish, which is also quite nutritious.

Wash taro and radish

Cut the taro and radish into shreds, and cut the ginger into fine pieces
