  1. Wash appropriate amount of chrysanthemum, drain and set aside.

  2. Cut into small pieces and set aside.

  3. Pour an appropriate amount of water into the pot and bring to a boil. Add a little salt to the chrysanthemum chrysanthemum segments and blanch for one minute. Remove and drain.

  4. Place into deep bowl.

  5. Add appropriate amount of salt, light soy sauce and sesame oil and mix well.
