Wash and peel the loofah and cut into hob pieces. Chop green onions.

Wash the clams.

Heat oil in the pan, add chopped green onions and saute until fragrant.

Add the clams and stir-fry a few times.

When the clams open slightly, add the luffa and stir-fry.

Add some very fresh soy sauce and stir-fry.

Cook until the clam shells are all opened, add salt and mix well.
