Black bean paste and bitter melon
Overview
Last time I mixed cucumber with black bean sauce and it tasted very good, so I decided to try it with bitter melon, and the taste was still the same. Bitter melon is a medicinal vegetable. It has the effects of lowering blood sugar, anti-tumor, anti-viral, anti-bacterial, and promoting immunity. It can also be used to prevent and treat heat stroke, dysentery, malignant sores, red eye pain, etc. Tempeh contains a variety of nutrients that can improve gastrointestinal flora. Regular consumption of tempeh can also help digestion, prevent diseases, delay aging, enhance brain power, lower blood pressure, eliminate fatigue, relieve pain, prevent cancer, and improve liver detoxification (including alcohol poisoning).
