Braised chicken
Overview
Only ginger slices and chilies are used to retain the original flavor of the chicken. By the way, the green peppers in it are enough for me to eat a bowl of rice. Witness the original deliciousness in the simmering time!

Steps
-
Prepare materials as shown. Fill the colander with chopped peppers and rinse with water to remove excess salt. If you don’t have chopped pepper, you don’t need to add it. Just add a little more red dried chili pepper
-
The chicken seller kills the whole chicken and cuts it into pieces! Boil water in a pot, put the chicken pieces into the water, rinse them with tap water, remove the lungs and blood, and set aside.
-
Cut the green pepper into thin strips and slice the ginger
-
Add oil, add ginger slices and sauté until fragrant, until the surface of the ginger slices is slightly burnt
-
Add dried chili pepper and sauté until fragrant. Add chopped chili pepper and sauté until fragrant! Then it is recommended to turn down the heat to facilitate the next step
-
Add appropriate amount of soy sauce and stir-fry evenly. The amount is increased according to personal preference. My portion is about 2 tablespoons of hot and sour noodles when eaten outside
-
. Turn the heat to a large flame. Add the cleaned chicken pieces and stir-fry to coat evenly.
-
To save time, you can add boiled water. The amount of water covers the chicken pieces! You can also add cold water directly
-
Cover the pot and simmer over high heat for about half an hour. If you have obsessive-compulsive disorder and like to turn the pot, you can turn the pot a few times in the middle. Cook until the end, leaving a little soup
-
Leave a little soup at the bottom of the pot and add green pepper strips. Stir fry evenly. I love eating green peppers so much O(∩_∩)O~
-
Stir-fry until the soup dries up and the green peppers are cooked. Add a little salt to see if the salt taste is right, then take it out of the pot and start eating. Chop the green pepper into small pieces and stir-fry until cooked, leaving a little juice. Chop the green peppers roughly and leave more soup for frying!
-
Serve it directly to the table while the pot is hot, and it will cool quickly after being plated. Forgive me for being lazy in taking pictures.
