-Wash a piece of jelly and cut into long strips

-Cucumber, washed ham, grated into shreds, and placed on a plate (the ham was not pictured)

-Wash the scallions and cut into small pieces and arrange on a plate

-Wash the coriander, cut into small pieces, and arrange on a plate
-
-Find a clean bowl, dilute the sesame paste with warm water, add appropriate amount of salt, light soy sauce, balsamic vinegar and sesame oil, mix well and pour into the jelly
-
-If it’s hot, put it in the refrigerator for 20 minutes to make it taste better
