Pork, eggplant.

Chop the pork into fine pieces.

Cut the eggplant into shreds, add salt and mix well.

Put the minced meat into a bowl, add ginger, green onions, soy sauce, oyster sauce, dark soy sauce, and chicken essence to taste.

Put the pork, eggplant, and green onions into a basin, pour in oil, and then drizzle with sesame oil.
