Black sesame cake
Overview
8. The breakfast we will have on the 8th is black sesame cake. Beautiful, right? It looks like a black sesame pumpkin. Because it is made in a rice cooker, it creates this effect unintentionally. The outer ring is higher and the inside is concave. Black sesame seeds are dotted inside, which is very comfortable. (My son has to study early tomorrow morning, so he can only make it tonight and eat it tomorrow morning! It’s not bad!)

Ingredients
Steps
-
Separate the yolks and whites of five eggs.
-
Add a carton of milk or water to the egg yolk basin.
-
Add a spoonful of lemon juice (to remove the smell), add cake flour and stir evenly to form a dripping paste.
-
Add two tablespoons of lemon juice to the egg whites, beat the egg whites with an electric whisk, and add the sugar in three batches. I only added it twice because my family doesn't like it to be too sweet. Beat until white and creamy.
-
Add the beaten egg whites to the batter you just mixed in three batches.
-
It can be dropped into shape.
-
Pour into the rice cooker and shake the pot a few times to make the egg liquid more even. Just press the cooking button to start cooking.
