Crispy fried bone-in chicken popcorn
Overview
I bought two chicken drumsticks and planned to bake them in the oven. On the weekend, two of Xiaobao's friends came to the house. The two drumsticks were not enough for the three children, so they simply cut them into pieces and marinated them. They made a pot of chicken drumstick popcorn with bones, boiled a pot of sugar water, and cut some fruits. The children's afternoon tea was easily prepared. There was some sugar water and fruit left, but the chicken popcorn was wiped out. It can be seen how fried food stimulates the taste buds. Eating too much is definitely unhealthy, so just eat it once in a while. I just finished eating, and the kids all said they want to eat the chicken popcorn made by auntie next time they come to play O(∩_∩)O haha~

Ingredients
Steps
-
Wash the chicken legs and drain the water.
-
Chop into small pieces.
-
Serve in a bowl and add 1 tablespoon of cooking wine.
-
Add half a tablespoon of salt, a little chicken powder, and five-spice powder and stir evenly.
-
Seal with plastic wrap and marinate for about 30 minutes.
-
Prepare the fried noodles: Use a bowl to scoop up the sweet potato noodles.
-
Pour in flour, starch, and a little water and mix.
-
Break the eggs into the batter bowl and mix again.
-
Pour in the marinated chicken thigh pieces and stir evenly with chopsticks so that each piece of chicken is covered with batter.
-
Heat a pan, add an appropriate amount of oil and heat it to about 90 degrees. Pick up the chicken leg pieces and put them into the pan. Fry over medium heat until both sides are brown. When you are about to pick them up, turn up the heat and fry for a while, then pick them up quickly. (Turn up the heat and fry for a while to force out the oil from the chicken drumsticks, making them crispier and less greasy.)
-
Use kitchen oil-absorbing paper to absorb excess oil and enjoy.
